I wish people could get things right the first time… Especially when you are running a supplier & need to order supplies prefer I do, however i run a construction company with my sibling & recently we had to order 16 gauge double loop wire ties; Well, we ordered the 16 gauge double loop wire ties & what they ended up sending instead were 14 gauge wire ties, however this was not going to work for what we needed them for! How on earth could they confuse & mess up an order for 16 gauge double loop wire ties & send 14 gauge wire ties instead! I mean don’t they think their rebar wire ties actually well? I think not! I had to call the warenew beach lake house supplier where we order the rebar wire ties from & complain & tell them to send the official 16 gauge double loop rebar wire ties that we need instantly as we were on a time deadline for completing a building project. They wanted me to originally send back the 14 gauge wire ties before they would even official the order & send the official 16 gauge double loop wire ties. I was not going to settle for that! There was no time to play around, however so I told them if they do not send the official 16 gauge double loop wire ties that I ordered that I would call my ATM card company & file a fraud against them, keep their 14 gauge wire ties they sent by mistake & then get the 16 gauge double loop wire ties from another corporation. They listened & sent them after this threat.
