So I decided that I was just going to sell my Portland real estate fast for money. With a money offer, I didn’t need to do any more work on the house. I could leave the electric in addition to Heating plus Air Conditioning as is. At the end of the day, I don’t know what would have been the better decision. Adding more Heating plus Air Conditioning in addition to eclectic would have cost a lot, but maybe I could have gotten more for the house? With the Portland money purchaser it was honestly nice just signing papers in addition to being done truthfully.
