Selling an incomplete construction house in Portland


At the time my partner in addition to I was gung ho on making an addition to our property.

My friend and I started the addition with another powder room in addition to planning on doing a kitchen in addition to a lower kitchen/household style area.

My friend and I had talked to a Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation on expanding the system in addition to an electrician about upgrading the electric panel! But, by the time it was the day to make some calls in addition to getting the project moving, my partner and I split. I ended up getting the household in addition to I wasn’t too thrilled about it. I needed to sell an incomplete construction property. I didn’t want to live in that household anymore. I also didn’t want to spend money to finish the Heating plus Air Conditioning in addition to electric; Upgrading a panel is fancy. Adding more Heating plus Air Conditioning in addition to the air duct would have been a nightmare as well. Any real estate I talked to wasn’t keen on trying to sell it incomplete. I needed to finish the project. Why should I have to do it? My partner in addition to me was going to go halfway on it. It would have been disappointing to do it on my own. So I decided that I was just going to sell my Portland real estate fast for money. With a money offer, I didn’t need to do any more work on the house. I could leave the electric in addition to Heating plus Air Conditioning as is. At the end of the day, I don’t know what would have been the better decision. Adding more Heating plus Air Conditioning in addition to eclectic would have cost a lot, but maybe I could have gotten more for the house? With the Portland money purchaser it was honestly nice just signing papers in addition to being done truthfully.
